Ziv commented the other day at how terribly dehydrated I must be because we spent 15 hours together and I hadn't peed, even after drinking water and having a glass of wine, etc.

That's changed.  Yesterday I drank a quart of milk before I saw her (hydration + protein) and when I got to her house, she gave me water in a "drink this" kind of way.

Today I've had 3 or 4 16oz bottles of iced tea.  I just went an hour ago and now I have to go again.
